- Jason Benedict, Executive Director
Jason Benedict is the Executive Director and states, “I am truly lucky to work for such a great community that has become an extension of my family.” Jason has been working in Healthcare for almost 15 years. Jason enjoys spending time with his family and being active in athletics. “The experiences I have had since joining Eastgate in 2009 as well as the relationships I have built will last a lifetime.” Jason has worked with children, adolescents, and seniors in the field of Healthcare.
- Rose Green, RN, BSN Director of Resident Care
Rose Green is the Director of Nursing at Eastgate Manor. She has over 18 years of nursing experience in Oncology, Med-Surg, Hospice, Geriatric, and Home Health. Known for her caring heart, Rose takes the time to get to know each resident personally. This connection helps her provide individualized support services for each resident to live as independently as possible. Close relationships with senior relatives in her family inspire her daily professional work with seniors. At home, Rose enjoys raising her four children with her husband.
- Renee Rzeszutko, Assistant Executive Director
Renee is the Assistant Executive Director of Eastgate Manor. She joined the Eastgate family in June 2014, having worked the last 8 years directly with the senior population. Known for her open door policies and “I work for you” attitude, she is always available to Eastgate residents, family members, and staff. Whether you have a question about finances or just need to chat, she will greet you with a warm smile and compassionate heart. Renee makes her home in Lake in the Hills and enjoys spending time with her husband and their active teenage children.
- Joe Alonzo, Activity Director
Joe is our Activity Director here at Eastgate Manor. He has been a part of our team for over five years now and prides himself in ensuring quality programming and exciting outings and trips for Eastgate Residents. Joe states, “I’m so excited to begin my Role as Activity Director. Eastgate Manor has provided me with an opportunity to give back and make a positive impact in our community. The Residents and Staff are an extension of my family.” Joe also enjoys spending time with his family while he is not here at Eastgate Manor.
- Zack Lara, Executive Chef
Eastgate is very proud of our extensive menu, and even more, our residents appreciate our Executive Chef, Zack Lara. Zack has been with Eastgate Manor for five years and was previously at Lexington Elmhurst for four years. He plays a key role in selecting menu items and enjoys finding just the right recipe. Zack’s leadership and direction in the Eastgate kitchen bring about meals that residents look forward to daily. Zack lives locally with family members.
- Tyler Kock, Dining Room Manager
Tyler is the Dining Room Manager here at Eastgate Manor. He has been a part of our team for over a year, and prides himself on providing a positive and quality Dining Room experience for our Residents. He states, “Eastgate is a wonderful community to be a part of and it’s my passion to provide a quality of life to our Residents.” Tyler lives only a few blocks away from Eastgate Manor and is always open to contribute his time to our Residents and Staff.
