At Eastgate, you will soon see how we set our residents’ needs above everything else — every hour — every day.
Since we opened our first Lexington Healthcare community in 1984, we have been committed to exceeding the expectations of our residents and families. Over the years we have learned that each of our residents has a unique story to tell. With each situation we have become successful by listening closely and responding individually.
Those lessons led us to the development of Eastgate Manor in 2000. Initially serving an independent senior population, our residents quickly taught us that they could benefit from receiving additional services. Obtaining our Assisted Living license in 2003 was our way of responding to the developing needs of those who looked to us for guidance. In 2005 our Supportive Living certification allowed our residents peace of mind in knowing finances would not compromise the lifestyle and comfort they had become accustomed to.
As we look at today and beyond we continue to believe our residents are, and will always be, the center of our attention. At Eastgate we believe your needs, your desires, and your choices are not just phrases, but the means to remaining involved in the community you live in. We encourage your involvement and influence on a regular basis. Whether it’s participating in the development of our menu or creating new activities to enjoy with friends — it’s truly about you.
Knowing you is our priority. You can be assured that a member of our staff will be with you every step of the way, from the move-in evaluation to navigation through the Medicaid process, if or when financial assistance is necessary. You can also find comfort in knowing as an affiliate of Lexington Health Care, we are capable of supporting increased needs based upon changing levels of care. As a family owned and operated provider, we’ve come a long way in our twenty-five years, and we anticipate great things with you in our future.
We know we can never be a substitute for your family, but we want to be an extension.
